About Me

Authentic connection is what I strive for, both in my work and in my personal life.

Sometimes life takes turns we never saw coming, and when those turns land on top of a difficult childhood or other painful experiences, it’s easy to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves and others. I work with adults and adolescents navigating life transitions, chronic stress, anxiety, OCD, chronic health issues, relational challenges, and complex PTSD.

The people I work with come from many backgrounds and life stages. Some may already understand the origins of their long-standing patterns, while others are just beginning to explore them. Awareness is a great first step, but on its own, it doesn’t always create lasting change, because our patterns can live not only in our thoughts but also in our bodies and nervous systems. Real change often comes through small, actionable steps, and one of the most powerful is learning to meet ourselves with kindness instead of judgment.

People often tell me they feel at ease in our sessions and leave feeling heard and accepted for exactly who they are. I bring a steady, calming presence while staying actively involved in the conversation. There’s space here for tears, laughter, and everything in between. I listen closely, gently share what I notice, and, when it supports your goals, offer practical tools you can bring into everyday life.

I see therapy as a personal, even sacred, process. Real growth tends to happen when you feel safe, connected, and free to be yourself, so I focus on building a trusting, non-judgmental relationship where you can explore openly at a pace that feels right for you.

My hope is that our work helps you build a deeper trust in yourself, with a clearer sense of what you need and how to move toward it.

“Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know… it just keeps returning with new names, forms, and manifestations.”
